    Minimum wholesale order is $150 USD. There are no product minimums, so feel free to mix-and-match!

    U.S. SHIPPING
    Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days from my studio in Portland, OR. If I just had a launch or sale, it can take longer. Tracking information is sent via email at time of shipment. Shipping costs will calculated at check out and will vary based on quantity ordered.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days from my studio in Portland, OR. If I just had a launch or sale, it can take longer. Shipping costs will calculated at check out and will vary based on quantity ordered. Standard shipping has no tracking; Priority shipping comes with tracking. International orders usually take two weeks to arrive, but can take up to four weeks. Buyer is responsible for all VAT taxes. 

    DISPLAY & PACKAGING
    All Clever Clove products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging.

    ONLINE SALES
    I permit online reselling provided that:
    a) Online pricing is not less than the selling price for the same item at thecleverclove.com;
    b) The Clever Clove is credited in each product listing;
    c) You may use my product photos

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES
    Defective items may be exchanged for product or credit. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within five days of receipt, with photos of the issue. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and any other charges incurred. I do not accept returns on unsold seasonal merchandise.
